Mei Atelier offers worldwide shipping to a variety of destinations. Handling time for all ordered is 7 business days. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location.

What is your returns policy?
Please be advised that all sales are final. We do not accept returns. Should you have any questions prior to placing an order, we encourage you to reach out for assistance.
In the event of damage, what should I do?
Vintage and antique items naturally show signs of age, such as wear, patina, and minor imperfections. We honor these qualities as part of each piece's unique history. We take great care to source items in good condition and provide thorough descriptions and photographs.

If an item arrives with damage beyond what was described, please contact us immediately.
